Every generator produced by Entec West, Inc. has been recorded in a master computer file by serial number. This file includes test data and other details. Any questions regarding your particular generator can be addressed more accurately, if you have the serial number available.
 
The serial number is stamped into the crankcase. See the Crankcase parts page for the location.
